Select from our comfortable studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with a variety of floor plans and styles. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments, ample closet space, and individually-controlled heating and air conditioning. Select either a patio or balcony to enlarge your living space and to enjoy Augsburg's campus. Garden-style apartments include patios, electric heat, bathtubs with showers, and outside storage. Multi-story apartments include either patios (first floor) or balconies (second or third floor), are gas heated and have walk-in showers. Storage lockers for each unit are located nearby. The eight garden-style apartment buildings and the three multi-story buildings are accessible to each other through connected hallways.

The Town Center includes an informal café, beauty/barber shop, exercise room, medical suite, and convenience store located in Reformation Square, which is easily accessible from all apartments. A formal dining room, comfortable lounges, library, game room, computer room, and community room are connected by interior hallways, providing easy access to all locations within the community.

Augsburg’s affordable monthly rate covers a variety of services, freeing your time to pursue leisure activities, attend fitness classes, enjoy planned bus trips, create your own garden, or simply take a stroll through our lovely campus.

A 24-hour on-call nursing staff, available for medical emergencies, provides additional security and peace of mind. Should you require temporary or long-term care, you will receive priority admission to Assisted Living or the Health Center.
